Recently, our company (Shenzhen S-HANDE Technology Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as “S-HANDE”) submitted case clues of counterfeit registered trademarks to local public security authorities, launching a special anti-counterfeiting operation targeting enterprises engaged in long-term manufacturing and sales of counterfeit products bearing our registered trademarks. law enforcement authorities carried out raids on upstream and downstream premises involved in counterfeit production and sales in Dongguan.
This marks the second large-scale special intellectual property rights enforcement action launched by S-HANDE against the same counterfeiting target within three years. It fully demonstrates our firm resolve to safeguard the brand’s legitimate rights and interests and clean up the market environment, and effectively protects the lawful rights and interests of distributors and consumers.
Prior to the operation, S-HANDE’s IP Legal Department, together with five professional investigation teams, conducted in-depth investigations and clue tracking of multiple domestic counterfeit manufacturing and sales dens. Two upstream and downstream companies were identified for concentrated crackdown after four months of mapping their supply chain division of labor: The upstream assembly site, Dongguan Yimou Technology Co., Ltd., was mainly responsible for assembling and processing infringing counterfeit products. The downstream warehousing & distribution site, a Dongguan trading company, took charge of finished goods storage and outbound delivery via couriers.

For this operation, around a dozen law enforcement officers were deployed to conduct surprise inspections at the two linked premises. Roughly ten police officers headed to the upstream assembly plant, while the rest proceeded covertly to the downstream warehouse and shipping site. Staff from S-HANDE’s IP Legal Department and Operations Department were present throughout to assist police with on-site evidence collection, goods inventory and document verification.

S-HANDE hereby issues a formal reminder to all distributors and consumers: Counterfeit goods are mostly made of inferior raw materials, produced in environments without dust-free and disinfection controls, and have not undergone reliability and safety testing. They not only seriously infringe on brand intellectual property rights but may also pose direct health hazards to users. To protect your legitimate rights and interests, please follow the recommendations below:
- Verify official trademarks and anti-counterfeit marks. Genuine products carry S-HANDE registered trademarks on outer packaging. Each unit is equipped with a unique anti-counterfeit label; you may verify the security code via S-HANDE official website or WeChat official account.
- Screen supply sources. Purchase products only from S-HANDE official channels or authorized distributors. Reject low-priced goods from unknown suppliers, and avoid products without complete trademarks or formal packaging.
- Check workmanship details. Authentic S-HANDE products feature fine, odor-free silicone and crisp, standardized package printing. Counterfeits typically have strong odors from poor materials, shoddy craftsmanship and blurry printing.
S-HANDE will continue to strengthen intellectual property protection. We are now publicly soliciting infringement clues from the public. A cash reward of up to CNY 100,000 (One Hundred Thousand RMB) will be granted to providers of valid clues that materially assist rights enforcement.
